Information we collect
We collect information directly from you when you book an audit, submit feedback, or communicate with our engineering teams.
- Personal data: Name, email address, phone number, and billing details.
- Property data: Site address, floor plans, total square footage, configuration such as BHK size, and the name of your interior execution vendor.
- Inspection media: Digital photographs, videos, technical measurements, and blueprints collected by our field engineers during the 500-point quality control check.
How we use your information
We process your data strictly to deliver our core independent verification services.
- Audit reports: To generate, compile, and securely deliver your dynamic PDF Defect Report.
- Performance insights: To maintain an internal database of anonymized local vendor performance metrics.
- Client support: To manage client feedback records and process legitimate refund claims.
Data protection and processing independence
- No third-party sales: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or property data to interior designers, contractors, or material aggregators.
- AI compliance: When advanced computational modules are used to scan reports, operational data is processed in isolated sandboxes and is never used to train public models.
Data retention
We retain photographic property inspection reports for a standard period of 24 months from the date of the audit to assist with long-term vendor warranty disputes.
You may request immediate deletion of your records at any time by emailing our support desk.
