Package, scope and payment
Your payment covers the selected audit package, home size and add-ons shown in your checkout summary. Basic woodworks audit is included. Review your selections and total before paying. Villa and single-room audits require a separate custom quote.
Appointment confirmation
The date and time slot you choose is a requested visit slot, not a guaranteed appointment. Our team will confirm it with you, or propose an alternative, after payment.
Site access and inspection
Please provide safe access to the property and the areas to be inspected. Findings reflect the accessible areas and condition of the interior work at the time of the visit, within your selected audit scope.
Report and follow-up
The audit records observed issues and recommendations. Repairs and contractor rectification work are not included in the audit fee. Any assisted close-out support is limited to what is included in your selected package.
Cancellation and refunds
Under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, a full refund applies when you cancel within 24 hours of payment and the audit has not started. Later cancellations or cancellations less than 12 hours before a scheduled visit are subject to the processing and scheduling deductions described in that policy. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
