- Full refund: You are entitled to a 100% refund if you cancel your booked inspection within 24 hours of making the initial online payment.
- Condition: This refund applies provided the physical audit service has not already been availed, commenced, or executed by our engineering team at your site.
Cancellations after 24 hours
If you cancel after the 24-hour window has closed, or request cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled site visit, a standard processing and scheduling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Processing timeline
Legitimate refund requests submitted through your client dashboard will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment gateway channel.
